The Huk NonProfit Platform
One system for a mission-driven operation: who gives, who is served, and the proof the money did what it promised.
In production. Built on the same chassis as the rest of the family, with the classification primitive designed in from the first line.

Who it is for
Mission-driven organizations whose story is real but whose books have to prove it, and the boards, grantors, and auditors reading those books.
Why it exists
Nonprofits are judged on the split between program spending and the two kinds of overhead, and a generic CRM cannot defend that split. Here the three-way classification of IRS Form 990 Part IX (program, management and general, fundraising) is the data layer itself, so the answer is inherited from the work rather than reconstructed at filing time.
When it enters
From formation onward. Money-facing surfaces ship dark by design and switch on per organization, deliberately and with an audit entry, once exempt status and state registrations are confirmed.
Where it runs
In the browser at a dedicated address. Donor, sponsor, and constituent surfaces are tokenized links; the public giving page exists from day one and waits, visibly and honestly, for its switch.
How it works: the features
The classification primitive
- Every record carries program, management-and-general, or fundraising, inherited from its module
- Overrides are explicit, attributed, and reason-stamped: evidence, not preferences
- Shared costs split on a recorded allocation basis, so the number can be defended
- One constituent record per person or organization: donor, volunteer, applicant, and board member are roles on it, not duplicates
Raise
- Giving and recurring schedules, tied to constituents (dark until the switch)
- Sponsors and in-kind gifts with valuation basis and disposition, from dollars to donated goods
- The grant pipeline with the obligation calendar: what each grantor was promised, and when
- Campaigns and appeals, so gifts roll up to the effort that raised them
Serve
- Applications with configurable eligibility proofs, not hardcoded forms
- Cohort and roster management for the programs themselves
- Impact recorded per cohort: the story a grantor and a donor both want, grounded
Prove
- The Functional Expense rollup in the exact three columns of Form 990 Part IX
- Board packs for a real board cadence
- Grant reporting populated from the same records the work already made
- The program-to-overhead ratio on the home screen, permanently
