The Huk Scoreboard

The accountability instrument of a partnership: one committed number, its baseline, its target, and every move made against it.

In production, through its third build phase: connectors, stall detection, and the year-in-review artifact included.

Who it is for

Any business in a partnership with us, and any owner who wants the work held to one number instead of a dashboard of thirty.

Why it exists

Dashboards hide accountability in volume. The Scoreboard refuses: one primary metric with a hard cap, five supporting at most, because a partnership that cannot name its number does not have one. A flat number is not hidden; it visibly demands a plan change.

When it enters

Stood up when an engagement starts. The baseline is the day we met, which makes better-a-year-later a literal line on a chart rather than a slogan.

Where it runs

In the browser, with a tokenized client view that needs no login, a TV mode built for the wall of a shop or back office, and an internal operator wall for our side of the accountability.

How it works: the features

The Commitment

  • One metric, its baseline and date, its target and date, and its direction
  • Hard caps: one primary, five supporting; the sixth metric is refused by design

The four faces

  • The Number: the client's view, front and center
  • The Year Line: the year as a line, moves marked where they happened
  • The Moves Ledger: every action logged against the four outcomes; the partnership argument, rendered
  • The monthly Recap: drafted by AI, approved and sent by a human, in plain English

Radical honesty, built in

  • The Stall Flag: a flat metric visibly triggers plan-change-due; it always reads as we are on it
  • Year in review: the anniversary artifact composed from the recap archive

Views and access

  • Tokenized client link, no login; optional login if wanted
  • TV mode: full-screen, auto-refreshing, readable across a room
  • Operator wall: every commitment's health, sortable, internal

Data in

  • Weekly manual entry and CSV import: the ritual that keeps the number honest
  • The Huk Marketing Platform connector: leads, spend, and bookings roll in automatically
  • External ingest webhook for other systems; the Huk Blueprint Platform feeds roadmap completion
